I have some wonderful and exciting news to share with you all today. After weeks of planning behind the scenes, I am so thrilled to announce that I am officially launching Channel Memberships on my YouTube channel!
If you’re new here, I’m Kristan. My goal has always been to create a space that inspires you to find calm through simple and intentional planning. As this community has grown, my heart has longed for a way to connect on a deeper, more personal level. That is why I created this membership—to build a smaller, more intentional space for us to journey together.
First and most importantly, I want to assure you that nothing is going to change with my public videos. All of my super long planning videos that you currently enjoy will always be here for free. This is just an opportunity to add something extra for those who are interested.
How It Works
I’ve set up two simple tiers, each with its own set of perks:
- Tier 1: Simple Essentials ($1.99/month) This is a wonderful way to show your support for the channel and get some fun perks like custom emoji to use in comments, loyalty badges that change the longer you’re a member, and early access to most of my new videos before they go public.
- Tier 2: Focused + Functional ($4.99/month) This tier is for friends who want to see more behind-the-scenes content. It includes all the perks from the first tier, PLUS an exclusive members-only video each month, one free printable (exclusive or from my shop) each month, and I’ll prioritize replying to your comments.
Your support through this program will help me dedicate more time to creating helpful content for you and will allow me to continue investing back into the channel.

How do I become a member? You can join by going to my YouTube channel homepage and clicking the “Join” button. You’ll see a pop-up window that explains the different tiers and perks, and you can choose the one that’s right for you.
Do I have to become a member? Not at all! All of my regular public videos will remain free for everyone to watch, just as they always have been. The membership is a completely optional way to get extra content and support the channel if you choose to.
How do I get my free monthly printable in the “Focused + Functional” tier? Once you become a member of the “Focused + Functional” tier, you will get access to a special members-only community post with instructions. You can find these posts in your subscriptions feed or by going to the community area from my main channel page.
What kind of videos can I expect as a member? Members in the “Focused + Functional” tier will get one exclusive video per month. These will be more casual, behind-the-scenes videos that are a little more personal than my regular content—informal videos where I’ll probably talk to the camera a bit while planning.How do I cancel my membership?
