Powersheets Goal Planning Notebook

PowerSheets are the quintessential flagship product from Cultivate What Matters. I’ve talked about this a bunch here on the blog, on my channel, and on Instagram. I’ve always struggled with goals but the PowerSheets have been a game changer for me. I’m making progress on goals and even though I take steps backwards sometimes, I still feel like I’m moving in the right direction. Watch my PowerSheets review video or check out my PowerSheets posts here.
Refresh Brain Dump Journal

The Refresh Brain Dump Journal is an integral part of my weekly planning now. I have two of these books now, just to always have one ready to go. I’m thinking about making one be just for planning for my channel and blog, because the sections are just so handy for the way I plan those things. Your girl loves a list!
The Cultivate What Matters Brain Dump Journal is special because it has instructions on how to do a brain dump. Then there is a quadrant page to use to categorize your list in a personalized way — think Eisenhower method or Getting Things Done method, or any other way you can think of (I switch it up often!). The other sections in the back are great for checklists and mind mapping.
Habits and Routines Workbooks

I cannot say enough about these two workbooks from Cultivate What Matters. The Habits Workbook is helping me get a much better handle on adding appropriate habits to my days, and the Routines Workbook helps me figure out how to implement those habits so I can stay consistent. Check out this post for a more in depth look at how the habits and routines workbooks help me. Watch the video below for some real talk about habits and routines.
Blooms Gel Pens

These pretty gel pens are hands down the best planner company pen I’ve *ever* used. I buy extras when they’re on sale. I love Pilot G2 gel pens and these pens are on par with that quality. The have a 0.5mm nib, black gel ink, and rose gold clips. My favorite one is the blue floral design!
Cultivate What Matters Padfolio

This cute clipfolio was gifted to me by the Cultivate Team when I became an affiliate. I honestly wouldn’t have picked it myself because I had never used one before and didn’t know how helpful it would be. But it is absolutely perfect for keeping all those loose papers together that get stacked in piles around the house because they’re too important to recycle but not ready to take action on yet. I NEED lists to stay organized so this is a must have item for me. I’d absolutely purchase it again with my own money. In fact, if they come out with another floral design, I’m getting it.
Wildcards

Cultivate What Matters Wildcards are so fun because it’s a single sheet that lets you laser focus on a habit or routine or goal. I get distracted and overwhelmed easily, and wild cards have been the answer to just getting the thoughts on paper and figuring it all out. Sometimes I like to decorate mine to add a little extra delight!
I have the business, home, and health Wildcard packs. They are printed on super high quality paper and will help you make progress on your goals. (hint: you also get tons of free wildcards with your Goal School Premium membership — see below!)
Everyday Notebooks

These little saddle stitched notebooks are perfect for compartmentalizing projects. They come in a bunch of different designs (I love the florals). I mentioned earlier that I get distracted easily and these have been helping me keep focused on the task at hand. I keep one for work, one for working through my habits and routines, one for Goal School Premium notes, and then I keep the rest on hand because they’re pretty and I know I’ll need another notebook and want to be prepared.
Sticky Notes

Cultivate What Matters sticky notes are very sticky and they are moveable and restickable. Many sticky notes that aren’t Post-It brand get a bad rap for not being very sticky but as a self-professed sticky note queen I can assure you these are top notch. I love the goal setting sticky notes and I just picked up the pretty floral blooms sticky notes during a sale (they tend to get marked down to only $3 for a 4 pack. Amazing deal!).
Washi Tape

Cultivate What Matters calls washi tape Tending Tape. It’s gorgeous, foiled, and super sticky. I have every roll they sell because I love it so much.
Notepads

I never knew how much I’d love a these notepads but I reach for one pretty much daily. The paper is thick and great quality. There’s one for any need. My favorite is the Weekly Overview because it’s available in STICKY NOTE format. So good.
Bonus Favorite: Goal School Premium

I have an annual membership to Goal School Premium, which you can look for around the new year. The best deal occurs during PowerSheets launch week in the fall. GSP is a wonderful community with many opportunities for hands-on learning and discussion about goals.
It comes with a private group and many live online events every month to keep me motivated to fill out my tending list and work on my goals (replays are always available if you can’t make it live). There’s a masterclass every month that comes with a great PDF workbook and sometimes they include an exclusive wildcard. I gotta be honest and say I’m not quite sure if I’d still be motivated to work on my goals if it werent for GSP. See my full thoughts on Goal School Premium.
I recently tried the Purposeful Productivity digital course that is NOT a part of Goal School, but I think it is a perfect bite-sized taste of what you can expect from Goal School. If you’re unsure if a membership is right for you, give the productivity course a try and see if it resonates.
